- Return to Work Meeting: Prior to the employee's return, a meeting will be arranged with the HR department to discuss any necessary accommodations or modifications.
- Workplace Accommodations: We will make reasonable alterations to the workspace, equipment, work schedules, or work duties, as needed, to accommodate the employee's needs.
- Modified Duties: If necessary, we will provide modified duties or alternative work for a temporary period until the employee is able to resume their original duties.
- Support and Check-ins: Regular check-ins will be scheduled with the employee to monitor their progress and make any necessary adjustments to their work plan.
- Confidentiality: All information regarding the employee's health condition will be kept confidential and will only be shared with those who need to know for the purpose of implementing workplace accommodations.
