- Prohibition of Substance Use: All employees are strictly prohibited from consuming drugs or alcohol during working hours, on company premises, or while performing any duties related to their employment. This includes the illegal use of drugs and the misuse of legal drugs or alcohol.
- Testing Procedures: The company reserves the right to conduct drug and alcohol testing under certain circumstances, such as pre-employment screening, reasonable suspicion, post-accident testing, and random testing.
- Consequences of Violations: Violating this policy can lead to disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment. Legal ramifications may also apply, depending on the nature of the violation.
- Support for Affected Employees: We understand that substance abuse can be a symptom of deeper issues. Employees who struggle with substance abuse are encouraged to seek help. The company offers resources for support and recovery, and is committed to assisting employees in regaining their health and productivity.
